Warranty Info

Pizza Nevo Pizza Ovens are covered with a 2 year manufactures warranty. This includes all aspects of the machine excluding the pizza stone, hose & regulator, and thermometer as they are a consumable part.

Your warranty will be voided if you do not follow the simple steps below.

Please make sure the machine is always stored indoors whilst not in use.

The machine must be totally dry and cool before moving the machine or returning the item to storage.

We want this process to be easy for you and if you ever need to use it you can simply submit a contact form to request spares or notify us of any issues. We will need the below details when submitting your request.
