Returns & Refunds

Once you have placed your order, you cannot make changes as our system is automated. Additions, free items, etc. cannot be added to your order once it has been placed. To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be new and the packing unopened. Items must also be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return labels are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer a free returns service.

Note: should you ship an item to a freight forwarder, we will not warranty any products for damages.
